Creative Movement Classes 2008-2009

Please complete both sides and return with a $5 registration fee.  We use this information to plan class sizes, reserve your dancer a place and set up your desired payment plan.

 

There is a fall 15-week session of Creative Movement beginning in September and a winter 15-week session beginning in January.  Your child may attend either or both sessions.  Please note that if you sign up for the full school year session of 30 classes you will get a $10 discount.  Please indicate which session(s) you wish your child to attend.

 

Creative Movement students wear comfortable clothes with socks, ballet slippers or bare feet.  Your dancer may wear a leotard and tights if they’d like to.  Classes begin September 6.
